Everyone Says You Should Be Glowing. But You're Barely Holding On.
The anxiety about giving birth. The fear you won't be a good mother. The exhaustion of pretending everything's fine. You're not broken.
You're not a bad mother. You just need support.

Meet Jasmine Samuel, MSW
Supervisee in Social Work
I work with women (ages 20-30s) navigating pregnancy, new motherhood, and the overwhelming pressure to have it all figured out. If you're expecting and terrified, struggling after giving birth, or trying to figure out who you are beyond all your roles I'm here.
You're not a bad mother. You're not broken. Pregnancy and postpartum anxiety and depression are REAL. Feeling disconnected from your baby doesn't make you a monster it makes you someone who needs support.
I'm fluent in English and Spanish, and I understand the cultural pressures that Black and Latina women face. You don't have to explain your experience—I get it.
What We'll Work On:
✓ Managing pregnancy anxiety and birth fears
✓ Healing after a difficult birth or postpartum struggle ✓ Reconnecting with yourself beyond your roles
✓ Building boundaries without the guilt
✓ Finding YOU again when motherhood feels overwhelming
✓ Navigating cultural expectations around being a "perfect" mother
