  • Do you take insurance, and how does that work?
    We currently accept limited commercial insurance plans, including United Healthcare, Optum, and Anthem. To determine if you have mental health coverage through your insurance carrier, the first thing you should do is call them. Check your coverage carefully and make sure you understand their answers. Some helpful questions you can ask them: · What are my mental health benefits? · What is the coverage amount per therapy session? · How many therapy sessions does my plan cover? · How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider? · Is approval required from my primary care physician?
  • How do I schedule an appointment?
    To schedule an appointment, book your free 15-20 minute consultation.
  • Is virtual therapy confidential and safe?
    Yes, we use a HIPAA compliant platform (Simple Practice) to meet with our clients.
  • How long is each session?
    Our sessions last between 50-55 minutes.
  • What are your forms of payment?
    We are a cashless practice. We accept all major credit cards, flex spending accounts (FSA’s), and health savings accounts (HSA’s), and PPO. We accept limited insurance payments (Optum, United Healthcare, and Anthem are accepted).
